Moved into a new house and wanted to make sure the fireplace was in working order. I called a few top rated companies on Homestars and they were all around the same price but these guys won me over on the phone with their service and knowledge.
The first tec. to come over could not get up all 3 storeys with his sweeping equipment so he told me he'd repot to his boss and they would get back to me with next steps. Let me say that was in the fall which is crazy busy for them but it did take several calls and a month to get a second guy back here to finish the job. This is why 4 stars and not 5. The second tec. was great and he was not only able to asses the problem and finish the job but he told me what the issue was and how I should go about starting with small fires and work my way up.

Hi Chris and thanks for the review! I definitely would have liked us to get the second half of the job done much sooner. Unfortunately, with older homes such as yours, the Building Code was not as stringent and builders did some interesting things with fireplace chimneys! I'm very glad we were able to get you up and running in time for the holidays!
