Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

I found them at the home show, and they are also a block from my house. Turns out they had done my neighbours window too Window install was good, sales guy was good but I just felt they had to make 2 many trips to my house ( 3 times) before the actual install. I will use them again for at least 2 other windows

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Make the process faster, don't walk on my new hard wood floor with work boots unless you ask if it's ok and don't throw your cigarette butts on my lawn.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Don't always go with the cheapest

Thank you for your review. Yes, three times can seem like too many trips to the home however we Just like to be accurate on the measurements. This is a regular process for every order. Sales person comes out, them a remeasure appointment and finally the installation.
