Our very long chandelier was filthy with many missing parts. Because of the height we had to get scaffolding erected so it has been a big investment.
Initially long chains of crystals kept falling apart but with Kirby and Cindy's perseverance and care they were able remove the chains, check every link, hand clean everything and reassemble the chandelier. The result is amazing- way better than I hoped for or thought possible.
Kirby is careful, polite and easy to have around. Highly recommended.
