With the recent heavy rains, we had some water coming into our basement because the eves on one side of our house were extremely clogged with debris from our deteriorating roof. (We're having a new roof installed in a couple of weeks that I was trying to hold out for, but with heavy rains plus forecasts for more it became urgent to deal with it sooner rather than later.) I don't have a large ladder that can reach all the way to the third floor and the access to one side of the house between our neighbour's is quite narrow anyway so climbing up there myself would have been pretty risky. I figured pros with the right equipment could safely take care of it a lot more quickly than I could.

I found Clear View on this site and decided to give them a call given the good quality and volume of reviews. Understandably things were busy, so Brian advised me to check out their website and use the online estimator and scheduler for quickest results. (That facility is great - the jobs get scheduled into their system automatically, and since it's all outside work you don't necessarily need to be home when they're there. They just do the work and leave the invoice in your mailbox. From there, you can pay online and you're all done.)

Results were indeed quick. The job was completed the next day (that won't always happen of course, but I guess luckily they were going to be near my area and just slotted me in). I left the house for an errand around 10am, and when I returned around 1:30pm, they had come and gone.

Our attic is finished with a dormer on the side where the eaves were most clogged, so I poured a couple of buckets of water out the window and watched the eve catch it and drain it away to confirm that everything was fine. the next day (today) there was a heavy downpour in the morning and I was very pleased that there was no more overflow from the eve as there had been previously.

Did nice work. The day was cold, and they still worked hard to get my windows clean for summber time. Cleaned all corners and was streak free. Cleaned about 10 windows, and took their time doing it.

Booked a slot online and a team of three arrived at time agreed, 8am sharp. The guys were friendly and efficient and cleaned up thouroughly after the cleaning. They were so flexible, that they also did two of our neighbour's eaves cleaning while they were there.

The above-cited cost was to do two homes side by side (semi-detached). The job done was thorough, professional, and friendly. We appreciate going with a company that has a good reputation, and expertise enough to get to a "tall Victorian level" eaves.

They came at the appointed time. Our eavestrough were clean, but they left a bunch of debris all over our property even had some on the neighbour's, that we had to pick up. Definitely not worth 10 stars.

Prompt, professional and friendly service, installed gutterfilters on house so not having gone up to look at them myself can't comment specifically on installation quality, but haven't experienced any blockages that I am aware of to date so all appears to be in working order.

I'm very happy with Toronto Clear Window Cleaning. The cleaner arrived on time, was courteous and I appreciated that he didn't rush through the job. His work was very thorough and the windows look amazing. I shouldn't have waited as long as I did. Beautiful work--I would definitely recommend them.
