I am very happy to write this review on Brock Doors & Windows Inc., their entire team was very professional. Their Sales man arrived early for the appointment, he was very knowledgeable friendly and addressed all my concerns he applied no pressure and answered all questions professionally. All information was provided to enable research to help in the decision making process. I chose Brock because the sales man seems sincere, my research confirmed what I was told and because I had a good feeling not because they were the cheapest, in fact their price of the North Star window was slightly more than their competitors windows. Our windows were ready earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The installers were efficient and courteous, Chedo and his helper completed the installation of all 8 windows quickly answered any questions and clean up after themselves. It was great to see these guys work, very focused and detailed. I am very happy with the casement windows we selected the triple pane has made the entire upper level very quiet.
Now that we are in the middle of winter, I realize what a good decision we made by not only have our windows replaced but by having Brock Windows and Door install the North Star Triple glazed casement units.
Great windows, great team, and great experience, I would do it all over again
