I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received from Brock. Their knowledge base and expertise made these renovations extremely simple for myself and my family. I really appreciate that they worked within my budget and time constraints. I have already recommended their services to family members and friends.

We had a few problems /delays due to improper measurements by their workman but then we found out how good the company was. They stepped up to the situation 120% and made it right even giving us a further discount for our inconvenience. The quality is excellent.

We are completely pleased with the entire purchase and installation of our new windows and doors. We had some particularly hard to fit bay windows which the installers handled without a problem. The installers were pleasant and very respectful of our home and left the property clean. A follow-up by the company to confirm our complete satisfaction was also very much appreciated.

This is the third time I am using Brock to replace windows in my home. Their product is excellent and everyone from the sales person to the installer were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Brock Windows & Doors.

Last August Mike and his team replaced almost all of the windows in my house as well as a new sliding door (which needed to be custom fit). Mike promised that this job would be done in a day and he and his team did not disappoint! They were quiet, quick and cleaned up absolutely every bit of mess. This is the 2nd time we have used Brock in 15 years. Same service as previous, courteous and professional. We had asked for a pre-Christmas delivery, which was a week or two short of normal. The installer came the Sunday after purchase to check measure, and the install occurred a week prior to Christmas, as promised. Both installers were professional and quick, despite the cold, snowy conditions. Thanks Brock. We have recommended you to others already.

They where true to word about the price no hidden cost.
They took care everything from the prep to the clean-up, you would never had known they where there except for the new door.
It was a great experience would use them again in the future.

Brock Doors and Windows Inc. installed my windows they did a great job the windows look great, but what I was very happy with was when they finished the job they left my home clean. I hired another window company a couple of years ago and they left my home in a total mess!
