Had Dodds come in to install new insulated garage door and opener. Fast response from salesperson. Reviewed all options, colours, etc., with us. Delivery was exactly when promised. Product was installed professionally and installer took time to review features of opener controls, and w/o asking, reconnected an existing wall mounted switch from our old opener.

This is the 2nd time we have used Brock in 15 years. Same service as previous, courteous and professional. We had asked for a pre-Christmas delivery, which was a week or two short of normal. The installer came the Sunday after purchase to check measure, and the install occurred a week prior to Christmas, as promised. Both installers were professional and quick, despite the cold, snowy conditions. Thanks Brock. We have recommended you to others already.
