This is the second time that we have used Mark Hill and Brock Windows; as with the first time, both experiences were highly pleasant, and we would highly recommend them. They have a high quality product and service. They did not fall short in any areas. I would like to recognize Mark Hill for his knowledge in the product and his ability to understand our needs and suggest the products that would be best for us. We specifically ask for him because his service and knowledge are outstanding. Sam's ability to install the product was also key in the success of our purchase. Thank you all!

Brock Doors and Windows recently installed a front door system a number of windows including a very large one. From the beginning Ken and the entire company have been very efficient and professional. The installation team (Michael and his partner) arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone. Not only was the job done very well, they did a great job of cleaning up both inside and outside the house. Well done Brock!!!

This was the best decision in regards to installing Triple Pane Windows and New Doors. I am already noticing a HUGE difference in comfort and NOISE reduction. Great Job by Amry on the installation. Work was professionally done. Started with a super knowledgeable salesman called Brian and we were kept aware of the progress by their project coordinator Dianne. The finishing touch by Amry as what really brought this project together.

These are identical windows to the ones that I had replaced by another company. However, the Brock windows only have screens on one side of the window so I can see out of them better & the whole window doesn't get rain soiled . I like the product. The installer was great. They did what they said would they would do when they said they would do it. i would definititely hire them again

We visited the Brock showroom and chose windows to replace existing leaking ones. From Mike, JR the Sales Rep to Angelyka our Project Coordinator and Ziggy the Installer we were thoroughly pleased. We were presented with practical options, kept well informed of the status of our installation, and the job was completed promptly. We were very pleased with the neatness of the installation process as well. We would not hesitate to recommend Brock to our friends and neighbours.

It takes a long time for us to make a decision when it comes to renovations. We had done our homework by bringing in several quotes and decided to check out the Brock advertisement in The Sun.

Our visit to the show room in Brampton was positive. Shortly after our arrival, Scott came up to us and answered all our questions and we promptly made an appointment for a home visit and to provide us with a quote.

During the home visit, Scott led us through a computer visual of what the windows would look like and with his guidance on what would look right and pleasing for our home, we made our decision right then to place an order. We also added a sliding glass door to the order.

Charlotte, our project coordinator, always kept us informed from when we would receive a home visit from the installer, who took the measurements, to the installation date. This helped to assure that we were on course.

Michael, who took the measurements, was back to install the windows and door. Seeing the windows for the first time, we were delighted and even more so when they were set in. Without any trim work done yet , we could see and hear the difference. Michael and his helper worked quietly away and by late afternoon the two large front windows and sliding glass door were in place. They looked wonderful and what a difference they made to the esthetics of our home.

Because of this experience, we do recommend Brock Windows and Doors.

We had four of our VERY old basement windows replaced by Brock. Kemal installed the windows and was a pleasure to have at the house. Apart from the sales rep, Kemar was the only person that came to the house, which I thought was an added bonus. He came and measured and then installed as well. The time frame given was 6-8 weeks and they were installed in just over 4. We were super impressed and their quote beat other quotes we had received by $500. I would highly recommend
