I called Solutions Electrical this am to rebook my appointment because of a complicated thermostat situation that I'm having. I spoke with Frank the owner, who totally understood my situation and actually understood the issues I was having better than my property manager. Frank advised me that the best use of my money was to reschedule the appointment and offered a solution for the complication with my property manager. The part that gets my respect, is that it was his total honest opinion, which meant that he was not going to get paid today. Sadly most companies would have just pushed for the call out to make a few bucks. Anytime someone is honest enough to cost themselves money, give me strait forward educated, and honest advice, they're a 10 in my books.
