Wanted to use a local place to support the area, and I thought it would provide good service. Most happened all right but the after sales service was horrible.
I booked an appointment to clean and service the unit we bought, on its one year anniversary. I booked 6 weeks in advance, called the morning of to confirm - since I booked the day off work - to get a text at 5:16 pm that day. I was texted they can't do the service and I'll have to call back to reschedule.
This is the most inconsiderate service I have ever received.
