While they always arrived on time and did a good job of removing our trash, they were not as organized as I would have liked. We had both our home and business trash removal through Karl's and were disappointed that they had a difficult time keeping the finances organized. We therefore got charged late fees for items that had been paid on time. While it was rectified, it was a bit of a hassle.
