Purchasing a hot tub from Rizzo Pools was the biggest mistake we've made as homeowners. Their level of customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. We have been blown off on service calls a dozen times. We wait around for them to show up. No one ever does. They never contact us to let us know that they are canceling or to try to reschedule. It's on us to call them to reschedule. When we do they often still don't show up, or do but don't actually fix the problem and don't set a date to come back and finish. They put off fixing things that were under warranty and now that the warranty has expired they expect us to pay for issues that should have been fixed 11 months ago. I believe this business had a good reputation, otherwise it would not have lasted six decades. However, if the new owner treats the rest of his customers the way he has treated us, his will run his grandfather's business into the ground.
