Carpet 2000 & Design

I had this business to do flooring and baseboard in my house. What they say before you sign a contract and what they do after sign a contract is totally different. I had to hire another carpet place to fix their lousy work. They said they will be here the entire time to make sure everything gets done right, they didn't. When I asked them why you didn't come to watch your employees work, very rudely they said because we didn't think that would be needed. I could have held their last payment because of their lousy work until they fix everything, but I paid up to the last penny simply because first they are not capable of fixing it, second I didn't want to deal with them or see their face anymore.

They have no idea about business, their quality of work is extremely poor and they do business only to make money. I do not recommend this place, the worse business experience I have ever had.
