One only discovers the integrity of a company when a problem arises.
The part failed twice after our fridge was repaired. Not Gold Star Appliances fault. They bought it from the only company that sells it. Twice.
We had reached the end of our tether and could not be without a fridge any longer. We bought a new fridge. Thought the repair money was down the toilet.
We did not ask for our money back. Gold Star Appliances gave it back without being asked. Integrity. Highly recommend them!
