Excellent technician, fixed labour cost high

Larry, the technician was excellent. Knowledgeable, experienced fast and polite is how I would describe him. Problem appears to have been fixed in one diagnostic visit and a second with parts to do the work. Would give 5 stars if the fixed labour cost to install compressor, board and plug was significantly less than $750 for 2 hours work. Thank you.

Thank you for the 8 stars, the work that is involved is labour intensive, also we have to send technicians that are fully licensed for these types of jobs. The pricing is Industry Standard, we do not charge based on time it is done on a flat fee basis which is quoted prior to repair.
