Furnace had 92 code error which was communicated. Their executive Mr Tahir came n checked n he had no idea what that error stand. Being on onset of winters without heating we r facing problems. Now he says as u have bought this house warranty does not apply to u and you will have to apply for warranty which will take 72 hrs. After 72 hours he is saying more 1 week. Now he is clueless. If he fixes it with new motherboard we may have to pay approx CAD 1000k If thr is no warranty.

I can tell that you were frustrated, and Tahir tried to explain the situation as best as possible
however the warranty was expired, and you did not want to pay for the service call.
That leaves us in a tricky predicament as we cannot get parts for free either.
