service for less than 2-year-old patio door
Our patio door was purchased and installed by Ecoline Windows in Nov 2019. The door becomes very hard to open, close and lock, condensation was built around the door last winter, and lots of caulking around the frame were peeling off. I called Ecoline Windows service last week and received the service today. The service guy was very professional. He knew the issues right away and fixed all problems. He also taught me how to perform a routine maintenance on the door so it can stay good. Too bad the initial installers didn't do a good job, but was very happy this service guy really knows what he is doing. I took one star off because of bad installation performed by the initial installers.
