We were looking into replacing the old busted A/C and the 20 year old furnace that was on it's last legs. Salesperson was very informative and recommended us the best equipment for the house. Even over the phone I could tell that the prices were very competitive compared to the other companies. Few days later the professional came and installed everything in about 5 hours. We went with the Carrier equipment and as of now, everything seems to be working as intended. Don't forget to register the equipment for the parts warranty! I'm pretty sure that 1 year of labor was also included, so even if something brakes, Convertible will send someone to fix it.
