Horrible service, unit remains unclean and management is unhelpful
We paid for a move in move out service, the place remains extremely dusty, dirty, and full of residue on surfaces that one swipe of cleaner could easily remove. They said that they only offer 5 hours of service and we exceeded this.. but they were in and out in 2 hours. Photos of just some of the areas they didn’t clean included. Would never recommend them for any service. The areas cleaned are superficially done. We will now need to hire a second cleaner to actually clean the unit.

We are surprised by 0/10 rating for us but we understand your frustration with having to deal with the very poor conditions your tenant left your unit.
We arrived on site and advised that the unit was in poor/ below average condition. There was grease stains, mold, mildew, built up grime etc. We had a team of 2 there for aprox 2.5 hours for a total of 5 labor hours for the service and they did a lot of scrubbing and polishing but still were not full able to remove stains from sinks, appliances nor clean under appliances (without possibly causing damage)
We did get some feedback from the client that there was some areas that may have been missed. When this was reported we immediately deployed a quality team of 2 with the understanding that we still would not be able to remove grease or stains. This team spend another 1.5hrs on site and the team were 2 so another 3 hours of labor.
We are fortunate and thankful that we were given the opportunity to come back and make things right with what we could address and per our policy are not able to guarantee refurbishment of appliances or surfaces from stains, mold, mildew, grease or grime. But we did in fact try our best and again we truly understand the frustration felt here.
The client paid $229 for the service of which we allocated 5hrs to and ended up providing 8hrs of labour.
