Carpets cleaned (2 stairs, 2 rooms, 1 hallway)
Very satisfied with the service provided by Devon, and Alec. Both these gentlemen are professional, and a pleasure to speak with while they were getting setup and cleaning my home.
After the first cleaning, we noticed some slight streak marks on the stairs (which are light coloured berber material) and Devon asked for some pictures and they came back a few weeks later to do another pass with the cleaning. After second time around, the carpets are fine.
This was the first time I had carpets professionally cleaned since moving into the home (7 years), so I need to be a better home owner and clean more often to maintain.
Would definitely hire again in the future and recommend for others.
