We first contacted Thomas as we were looking to do a home inspection ahead of offer date on a home. He was quick to respond and was willing to accommodate our turn around time.
On the day of the home inspection, he arrived early and spent his time looking through the interior and exterior of the home - happily answering any questions my wife and I had. He pointed out some really valuable points that we were not aware of and luckily there was nothing too wrong with the home. He also prepared a very thorough document on his inspection and what needed to be done.
