Do yourself a favor and just seek a different company/technician.
This company will just grab your money and do nothing else . They will charge you $70 to verify the issue and later on will charge a very high price to repair. In our case, they charged us almost $400 for a $20 seal. The problem is that they didn't solve the problem and our machine is still leaking. Now suddenly they are not responsive and they refuse to come and fix the problem or refund.
It is so pitying that such people are still on the market and trying to screw people. DON'T USE THEM !!!

We are sorry that you feel that way about your experience. We advised there are leaks from a few spots. We replaced the main seal and it tested well. If it started leaking after we advised the bottom seal is apart of the door, however the door is no longer available. Also to replace a door just for the seal may not be worth it and better off just replacing the unit.
