Jeff was on time, acted professionally, took the appropriate COVID precautions, provided a quote on the spot and completed the work to my satisfaction. Honestly, more expensive than expected for a relatively simple job.

Three items that were completed that entailed a total of 2.5 hours for $552.00 + HST. were as follows.
-Remove existing basin faucet
-install new basin faucet.
-Remove mechanical pop-up drain.
-install new pop-up drain
-installed new piggy back isolation valves
(These items saved the day as the condo valves were not turning off completely. Without our piggy back valves the condo risers would have to have been shut down etc... which would of increased the overall cost considerably).
Upfront quote was provided prior to any work. If there were reservations with respect to our quotes perhaps if you had mentioned this to us prior we could have addressed it then.
Overall fantastic value with respect to hiring a professional plumbing company.
