Marnie and her team were consummate professionals and extremely knowledgeable. We had an extremely tricky set up in terms of where the piping and venting could be run and two other companies had recommended we vent out through the back of the house. Marnie's vast experience indicated that there could be notable issues with this approach and worked with her most experienced team members to figure out a better approach.
