Very happy with a 20x22 rear detached garage project by Gecko! The project included stucco siding and a 30x3 long concrete walkway to the house. The total price is very, very reasonable (considering the amount of concrete used and stucco being somewhat rarer these days). Build quality is excellent.
The key seller for me was communication. From the initial estimate to regular work updates, everything was consistent and timely with Derrick. This is very reassuring for anyone unsure which contractor to choose.
Brief timeline: Derrick came over for a site assessment at the end of July, any remaining details and specs were discussed very efficiently over email, and the contract was signed electronically in mid-Aug. Work started in early Sept and finished by the end of Sept.
