I had windows installed last year. I have a broken latch on one of my windows. I called two weeks ago and got no response. My husband called 5 days later to speak to someone and he mentioned calling the president and he got a call back in 3 days.
So this is not the first time I had not received a problem contacting them... When they installed the transom above my door, they put in the wrong one. I had selected the type of door and side window to match the transom. I called and asked them to change it and it took them months. Finally I just told them to finish installing the window and they came a few days later.
I am now more frustrated waiting for them to get in here and fix the window that I am forced to make a bad review.
Do not buy here, you'll never hear from them again.
