Alex helped us diagnose and replace a leaking water service pipe. We had multiple plumbers come in and give us their quotes. Alex was polite, answered all of my questions patiently, and also offered us the lowest price without asking what the other plumbers discussed with us. On the day, we assumed it would take a whole day or more, but Alex and his crew finished the job within 4-5 hours.
