The furnace in one of my rental properties died on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Oleg and he sent out one of his technicians the same day to assess the situation. Bad news was that the faulty part (heat exchanger) could not be repaired, had to be replaced if the part could even be found (old furnace). My tenants had young children so needed to get them heat ASAP so Oleg was able to schedule someone first thing the next morning. The original furnace was 100K BTU which according to them was too much for the size of the ducting in the house which caused the furnace to overheat. They could have easily not corrected me since i assumed i needed a 100K BTU replacement but they advised me to go with an 80K BTU instead (which was cheaper actually). Just goes to show their professionalism, safety and correctness over money. Will definitely go to Air Point for future heating/cooling needs.
