Good product and great technicians; but costumer service is lacking
Recently got new windows with Renewal and the product has been great! The salesman, Cornell, came to our home and was knowledgeable and patient/ not pushy and helped us understand a variety of options. Installation was pretty easy and when one window didn’t work quite right, Jacob was the tech who diagnosed and repaired the issue professionally. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job.
My only complaint is with customer service. Given that we did have a small problem with one of our windows, it was disappointing that the service staff rarely followed up when they said they would and often didn’t know our situation when I called in so I was always telling the story from scratch. This was really frustrating. I would recommend getting the name and direct extension of the person you are dealing with in order to expedite any issues!!
