Our furnace wasn’t warming out house to it’s set temp. We called and a tech was available to come assess the problem the following day. He was on time, the problem was solved and repaired in a vary timely manner. He was very friendly and even offered us a small discount for being a return customer. The pricing seemed reasonable, we needed a flame sensor, it was around $250 for the diagnostic, flame sensor and installation.
