The Technician is a "People Person" he and his crew are very professional. They took the time to answer questions and explained in detail the root cause of the problem.
We had a problem after installation and with no issue the technician came back the next day and the problem was identified (it was no fault of the installer). Even though, we were late getting to the location the technician waited until we arrived even though he had another to attended.
The installation team have surpassed customers expectation. Technicians like you are very hard to find. " Keep up the good work"
