Very disappointed with the service provided by the pioneer Burlington operation. We chose Pioneer based on their reputation but have been let down over and over. The initial assembly went well but downhill after that. The plumbing was very poorly done. We have had multiple leaks and have had multiple visits but still not right. They provided no guidance or education on the system or what to do. When we went in to get the chemicals the sales rep asked if we brought a water sample and if the pump was running. No. We didn’t know. Oh somebody should have told you. Who? The 12 year old plumber who barely spoke English? Shouldn’t the sale rep be coordinating. Or is that the plumbers job? Then we ordered stairs to replace the ladder and got the wrong one from what we ordered. Nobody could find it in the warehouse. Guess we should just take what they give us? Then we paid to have it closed by pioneer and the cover they provided at the beginning was the wrong size. The technician called the office and said new one would come next day but have not heard still waiting for the cover to be installed that we have already paid for so probably they don’t care. Also the plumber left a mess during install. Boxes and crap all over the yard. Would not recommend. Maybe they give good service for the expensive in ground or on ground. Burp the 11000 for above ground I expect better service and better quality. DO NOT USE for above ground pools.
