We had previously hired Convertible Heating & Air to replace our water heater about 5 years ago. So they were one of several quotes we short listed for consideration when we decided to replace our 20+ years old furnace and AC.
Michael from Convertible provided information on equipment and arranged for installation within a week.
Rick and his partner dismantled the old equipment, installed the new equipment, tested and cleaned up just over 5 hours.
So far everything is good and we are happy with the service. Great job, guys.
