After 18 years, it was time to replace our HVAC systems, furnace and air conditioner. We live two hours north of Toronto so we got quotes from local contractors, then contacted Marnie, as we had dealt with her with my father-in-law's house a few years ago.
She agreed to review our quotes and explained the features that were offered. As it turned out, she was able to do the installation and at a significantly lower price.
The crew arrived on the morning scheduled, removed the old equipment and installed the new HVAC system. When they left, the only sign that they had been here, was the new Smart thermostat, an EcoBee. The new furnace, vent piping, and evaporator fan look great and more importantly work great and much quieter than the old system.
