On Friday May 10'th, I noticed my Trane furnace(over 11 years old) had stopped working. No noise, nothing. I phoned Spring Home(who I started using about 3 years ago) and they sent a technician out within about 2 hours. Unfortunately, his diagnosis indicated the control board was defective. I was contacted later in the afternoon by Spring Home with the cost of the new board which I agreed to. Spring Home had to order the board and did so before closing time on Friday.
Monday, May 13'th, Spring Home indicated the control board had arrived from the manufacturer and the same technician came out about 1:30 pm and installed the board and the furnace was up and running again.
All Spring Home staff were professional and competent but I would particularly like to cite Rodina(hope the spelling is correct) who I found extremely helpful and willingly answered 'post repair' questions I had.
