I’ve moved more in a decade than most in a lifetime...and this was the first company that ever physically came to assess and estimate time etc for the move. Angelo personally visited and was both pleasant and professional.
The day of the move, they were on time and worked as quickly as possible given the unusual and unfavorable set up of the building/loading zone. I assisted with mattress bagging and table wrapping to expedite as we had limited elevator access as well.
At the new address, there was unexpected support onsite so that Benini could unload into a dock and from there a 2 man team brought everything up to the new unit. This saved a lot of time for Benini as well.
I won’t hesitate to call Benini for the next move.
FYI, I was moving from a 1 bedroom condo to another.
