Colin in particular has been dispatched to my house on two separate occasions and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, is very respectful, honest and trustworthy and he has a big smile and pleasant demeanor. He leaves his work area cleaner than when he arrived....and always fixes the problem. I have no problem recommending Knight to friends and family and on back-to-back occasions, rated them 10/10.
