I made a downpayment on a piece of furniture sometime ago. Due to an unfortunate circumstance, I became ill and was hospitalized for sometime. Its been some years and I have not finished paid for the item. I contacted the owner and provided all the pertinent information and was confirmed I was still in the system. Now that I mentioned I would like something in exchange for the item that is no longer available,
the manager Mark is trying to give a phoney statement saying they do not see the money in the system after he already confirmed he sees my information. I have all my receipts and documentation. Last time I called to talk to the owner. He has yet to return my call or email me as I have emailed him twice regarding my concern. My next move is getting legally involved. $1950 is a lot of money to dish out and not get anything in return. There was no fine print in my statement saying money will be lost after a certain period.
