The personal customer service, honesty and helpful advice I received from Elizabeth reaffirms my belief in the advantage of dealing with a smaller store rather than a Big Box enterprise. Elizabeth has a good sense of colour and texture and was able to help me narrow down my choice of carpet. She didn't try to "upsell" me, and she spent a long time puzzling through how to make the best use of the odds and ends to carpet my closets as well.

Oman's installation of my beautiful carpet was impeccable, professional and precise. He went far beyond completing the task as "just a job",
taking care to not damage the walls and stairway while carrying the carpet to the second floor. He and his partner were very careful when they moved my furniture.

I look forward to buying my blinds from Elizabeth, and having them installed by Kingsway Carpet and Blinds as well--- as soon as my Construction project is completely finished!
