Fridge was not cooling but freezer was working fine on
I spent my Saturday searching out and following some good (and not so good) advice on the web on how to repair my fridge. My suspicion was it was the thermostat. I couldn't seem to get to it so I decided to call a professional. Unsure as who to use I searched on homestar and saw some favourable reviews from man with a wrench. I had a service tech scheduled for Monday morning and I was up and running after the 2 hour service call. It was not the thermostat and instead it was a freeze on the refrigerator coils. Ali discovered the problem, took the corrective action, tested all components and explained the problem and his solution. Full marks on a great experience from scheduling to service to easy payment.
