I got a great deal on the price of the carpet, and had very professional and helpful advice in the store. Arsim came to my house very quickly at a time that was convenient to me to assess what rooms needed carpet. After everything was set, I called him back to say I now wanted the carpet on another staircase in my home and he was happy to adjust the estimate for me. The installers were incredibly professional, showed up on time, and put all my furniture back in the right spot, and vacuumed the new carpet as well. Everything looked beautiful when they left, and they even took all the old carpet and underpadding for disposal. I could not be happier with the overall service, and now I feel like I'm walking on a cloud every time I go upstairs. Thanks Alexanian.
