I have never needed maintenance on my garage door so I didn’t know who to call. Glad I called Dodds.
My torsion spring broke and they came and fixed the next day quickly and professionally.
It’s a double door and I had two springs. They advised me that one spring was fairly new and didn’t need replacing. (Not knowing anything about them they could have easily told me I needed to replace both and I would not have known any better)
When a company explains and advises and gives you options then you know they are reputable.
John was great and was in and out quickly.
I will always recommend Dodds for any garage door work.

Thank you very much for this great review Adam. Many GTA garage door companies pay their technicians commission very often resulting in you paying for work that is not required. DODDS garage door technicians are NOT on commission so therefore at DODDS you will always only pay for exactly what is needed.
