Recognized experts in York products
We had used another vendor to maintain our two furnaces with humidifiers and called them out when the blower stopped working on one unit. They immediately gave us the number for Distinct Heating and Cooling and didn't even charge us for the service call since they were not comfortable working on our York units. Distinct was at our house within hours, identified the problem quickly and went back to their shop for the needed part. We were up and running that afternoon, including having their awesome tech install a new thermostat for us "since he was here". One thing to note, the technician offered two solutions; one more comprehensive and expensive that would possibly extend the life and one less extensive but would get the unit working again. We appreciated the honesty and recommendations. Well deserved reputation for quality work, especially on York products.

We appreciated that the previous company suggested to call us - It was very professional of them. We do know YORK products well, as we are a York dealer, so this knowledge does help when working on a more technical issue. When our technicians see different options for a customer, we want them to know all of them - not just the more expensive one. They should have all the information so they are able to make the best decision for their situation. Once we have done that, our job is to help to walk through the details when they have questions.
