The case is currently in negotiation with the moving company and information will be updated accordingly when we have reached a suitable agreement.

The first box was broken before the truck even left the place I was moving out of. Not that they told me; I found it. In total, 4 boxes of broken goods, including irreplaceable gifts. The following day, I was looking all over for an item. I noticed that a box had been opened and not by me. In the bottom of the box were a few remaining shards of the item I was looking for. The rest had been removed. When I brought it to his attention, he claimed it was policy and he forgot to tell me. They broke the bottom of my dresser. Again they did not admit it to me. He deducted $40, as I asked for, although I cannot replace it for that, obviously, and in his own words, it can't be repaired "(but the good news is, it's functional"). I am missing things and when I told him he said that I misplaced them and he's sure they'll turn up. No, I did not and they haven't. This has been a nightmare and I would never ever use or recommend this company, which is really too bad, because I wanted to support them as they are young veterans. In order to cause such extensive damage, I believe there must have been intent, and I have no idea why. The item in the photo was packed in tissue, a towel and in a box clearly marked "FRAGILE".
