windows was installed in this summer . seems well done. The boss, Chris is. Good guy help. Me to solute the problem. And good service. But company response a little bit delayed ?

windows was installed in this summer . seems well done. but these few day when temperature drop .... water comes out. From this winter bingin to now. Van comes everyday when weather drop. And nobody answer when I sent email to them to fix the problem.
