Ventilation

The owner himself came to assess my basement, he gave me a great quote to have duct work done for my entire basement as well as cutting off a gas line that was connected to an old fire place. The quality of the duct work was above my expectations and have done an amazing job keeping my basement at the right temperatures. He also had all the duct work painted with a special sealant that stops air from escaping through the cracks. I would recommend having duct work done by this company especially if you want high quality work.

Ventilation

The owner visited my home and gave me a quote for installing and fixing my duct work in the basement which I thought was reasonable since it included having the duct sealed with a coat of some sort of special paint, he was very eager to have me pay right away to "reserve" his laborers, I paid him via credit card but the second he got my funds he refused to return any phone calls or do a follow-up visit as he promised to do before he sent in his workers and bought supplies for the job. I've paid a month ago and so far he has not even made any attempts to give me an update after I have called his office, his cell phone, texted and voice mail. I have a 4 month old child at home and our home is not ventilated properly which is causing heat issues for everyone. Having a deficit of $1,700 sets us back a lot with our funds to get someone else in to fix it. I would not recommend this company or anyone associated with the owner as he appears to not care and disappears when he receives his money.
