Water Filtration & Purification review in Courtice

After initially having a very bad experience with their receptionist, or front desk lady, the owner contacted me directly and sincerely apologized for his employee. He was attentive and was very willing to work with me to resolve the problem. We made a new appointment for next week, I hope I can give them 5 stars but I will have to wait until next week.

Water Filtration & Purification review in Courtice

It seems that the owner replies to the comments here, let's see, I would love to hear from him.
I got Craig to install a Kinetico water filtration system with UV light on Aug 29, on Sept 7 we tested the water and it came contaminated. We called Young Water to check the installation and they gave us an appointment for Sept 19 @ 8:30AM I had to take time off from work to wait for Craig who never showed up. When I called for an update the lady said she would call me back in 5 min with an update, at 9:15 AM I called her back and she hung up on me for no reason whatsoever, everytime I called she kept hanging up. At work I called from a different number and she did answer but said she did not even called Craig and had no idea when he will check my system. Once again I asked here to call me back with an update and she never did, now with my work number on her caller ID, every time I call from work she is again hanging up. Worst customer service I ever experience, now warranty at all for installation problems.
