No comment. Will not be hiring this handyman for any further Renovations. We had issues for incomplete work, and deficiencies in our Hardwood floors. Waited three months for them to come back and complete the work we paid for in advance, but after numerous attempts to contact him he never responded to our emails.

We had Jon and Chris of Piece of Mind Home Improvements complete a fence, pergola and privacy wall in the spring of 2010. They did an excellent job, so we hired them to install hardwood flooring in the upstairs portion of our home. We will consider them in our future renovations.

They did a good job and we called them once again to install hardwood flooring in the upstairs portion of our home. They did not start work until past 9am every day of the five days they were here. On their quote it stated they would screw down the sub-floor for tightness, well, if I was not home too screw down the sub-floor it never would have been done.
Long Story short. we have had problems with loose floor boards that were not properly nailed down and quarter rounds that are not installed according to their quote. Jon
the owner has personal issues which have affected his business, and has not been back or responded to my messages in three months. I made the MISTAKE of paying him before all work was complete. do not bother with this two man operation, the two year WARRANTY they offer
