Landscaping

When I wrote my review I was somewhat displeased with the customer I received upon completion of my job. However, I have since learned that Siuw, the owner of Enso Gardens replaced one of my perennials unbeknownst to me. In addition, she gave me helpful advice on how to prevent the plants from yellowing. I appreciate this follow-up and I light of this I am now satisfied with the level of customer service I received.

Company Response

Thank you Christie for taking your time to write a review. I thought our working relationship was better that. We had tried hard. All the best.

Garden Landscape

I hired Siuw of Enso Gardens based on the great reviews she received on Home Stars. I was impressed by her creativity and flexibility in our first meeting and hired her to landscape my front yard. Unfortunately, I was out of town when the job was done and upon my return I was pleased with the work that had been done, however there were a couple of little things that were done that required fixing which is to be expected on any big renovation/landscaping job. When I followed up with Siuw to fix these issues she took several days to respond and when she did she was dismissive and borderline rude. In another follow up email inquiring about how to prepare the garden for winter, a reasonable request for someone who has just invested a lot of money in a landscaping job, she was again dismissive. The unprofessional way I was treated has unfortunately tainted my garden for me and I would not recommend Enso Gardens as a result of this experience.
