Gutters & Eavestroughs review in Saint Catharines

It was a bumpy start with miscommunications along the way. In the end, we were able to reconcile. Wendell maintained open communication lines throughout the process which were not always taken advantage of by us. We are content with the outcome.

Expensive lesson learned.

Gutters & Eavestroughs review in Saint Catharines

Incredibly disappointed in this experience. We are currently left with brand new gutter guards on leaking eavestroughs. The people who came to our home could not have done a thorough cleaning/unblocking of our downspouts because I found a downspout completely crushed and buried near the garage when they left. I attached pics of one of the downspouts I discovered (totally crushed and buried) near the back of our home. Not sure how water would be able to run through a downspout completely buried. In the end, we'll have to hire a different company to remove these guards and actually repair the issue. Obviously, I'm not an eavestrough specialist and so was depending on the professionals to let me know what was needed. That didn't happen here. It was an expensive lesson learned.
